With MyMCB, you can easily and securely keep your contact details up to date. Whether you’ve changed your phone number or email address, you can submit updates directly through our website, without visiting a branch.

Keeping your information current also helps ensure your account remains secure and compliant with banking regulations.

How to log in

You can log in using your Personal Online Banking username, or your bank account number and date of birth.


Option 1 – Online Banking username

  1. 1. Select Log in with Online Banking username.
  2. 2. Enter your username and click Continue.


Option 2 – Account number and date of birth

  1. 1. Select Log in with account number.
  2. 2. Enter your Current or Savings Account number and click Continue.
  3. 3. Enter your date of birth and click Continue again.

What you can update

Once logged in, you can securely update:

  • Your mailing address*
  • Your email address
  • Your mobile phone number
  • Your home phone number
  • Your Personal Online Banking username


After each change request, you will receive a confirmation email, stating the requested change, including the request ID for the request. In the portal you will see the old and new data, util the request is fully processed. After completion, only the new data is shown.

* Local address changes within Curaçao are supported. For international address updates, please contact your branch.

After you submit a change

  • Most requests are processed within 24 hours.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your update is completed.
  • While your request is being processed, the portal will show a message that a change has been requested.
  • No additional changes can be submitted until the current request is completed.

If you receive an email notification about a change you did not make, please contact us immediately. Acting quickly helps protect your account and prevent unauthorized access.
