Sentoo.me is a new free and innovative online payment service. You can simply create a payment request in the app by clicking on the plus sign. Next, enter the amount and description of the request. You can then share the payment request, for instance, via WhatsApp, email, or Messenger. If the person is nearby, you can simply display the QR code for them to scan.

No, this is not necessary. You create and send a payment request to your friends. They simply pay via their own MCB Mobile Banking app or Online Banking website. Payment details and amount are all prefilled. They just need to approve. If your friend would like to create a payment request for you, they should download the Sentoo.me app.

Yes. We do not charge transaction costs for personal payments requests via the Sentoo.me app.

When you're on the move, the MCB Mobile Banking app is the most convenient method to fulfill a payment request. Alternatively you can also use the MCB Online Banking website to pay.

The link remains valid for a period of two weeks. The other person has the flexibility to wait for the opportune moment to repay you.

If the recipient also has an MCB bank account, the payment is processed instantly. If the recipient's bank is on the Instant Payments network, funds will be credited to your account within 30 seconds, even on weekends and public holidays. Otherwise, the money will be deposited into your account within two business days.

In the Sentoo.me app, you can track the status of each payment request. Furthermore, you'll receive a push notification as soon as a request has been fulfilled.

Yes, that is possible. After sharing the payment request, you can cancel it within the Sentoo.me app. Simply go to the homepage, tap on the payment request, and then tap on "Cancel". Once canceled, the payment link will no longer be functional.

Verify with the person who fulfilled your payment request whether the payment through the Mobile Banking app or Online Banking website was successful. Wait for two business days and verify if you have received the funds. Sometimes payments may be delayed. If you haven't received the payment after this period, please don't hesitate to contact us.

No, a Sentoo.me payment request only functions between bank accounts at participating local banks listed on the Sentoo portal page where you select your bank. You can find the list of participating banks on the Sentoo.me website.

Yes, you can register the Sentoo.me on multiple phones. Once you have created your account, use it to login on teh other phone.

You can change your personal information by accessing the "Your Sentoo account" menu option. From there, you can update your name, email address, or password.

Regrettably, it's not possible to change your bank account directly. However, you can add another bank account via the "Bank accounts" menu option, allowing you to have a maximum of 4 bank accounts associated with your Sentoo.me account.
