MCB Business Online Banking Tutorials

MCB has introduced a new service called MCB Business Online Banking which enables companies to manage their finances online. As part of this service, we provide each company with a Master User who is the primary administrator and has the authority to create and manage End Users.

To start using this service, you need to follow three simple steps.

In Step 1, you need to activate the Master User by following the instructions provided. Once the Master User is activated, you can move on to Step 2, where you will learn how to create an End User. An End User is a user who can view their account balance(s) and carry out transactions.

In Step 3, you will be shown how to log in with the newly created End User. Once you have completed all three steps, you will be ready to use our Business Online Banking service to manage your company's finances online.
